Ascona Music Festival 2017 dedicates the 8th edition to chamber music works by the great composers:
BEETHOVEN * MENDELSSOHN * SCHUMANN
A cycle of 5 concerts featuring prestigious musicians such as the pianist DANIEL LEVY, the cellist STEPHAN RIECKHOFF, the violinist ROBERT ZIMANSKY, the violist CHRISTOPH SCHILLER, the clarinettist DMITRY RASUL-KAREYEV and the organist FRANCESCO FINOTTI.
The first four concerts will take place in the Church SS. Pietro e Paolo in ASCONA, an intimate setting for a unique and profound musical experience. The last concert (by the organist Francesco Finotti) will take place in the Collegiata Sant'Antonio in LOCARNO.
