The International Academy of Euphony celebrates today and throughout the year 2019 the tenth anniversary of fervent and uninterrupted activity, along with the tenth edition of its Ascona Music Festival, a true jewel for the diffusion of classical music. The celebration will take place with a musical programme with a world-class excellence, for a unique and independent festival that honours music and the arts, with more energy than ever.

The creativity of the founder and artistic director Daniel Levy, has created over the years a professional atmosphere that unites great artists with young promises, highlighting the importance of the chamber music repertoire in the excellence of the service to music.

A festival that aims to attract those who know and love classical music, but also those who are not already acquainted with it, with the awareness of the profound effects of these timeless sounds, full of comfort and spiritual realization that we call Classical Music.

The Ascona Music Festival will dedicate the year 2019 to the great CLARA SCHUMANN, an exceptional woman and artist, as well as the muse of Robert Schumann.

The main focus of the festival will revolve around her, remembering and celebrating the 200th anniversary of her birth, with concerts, exhibitions, master classes, films, workshops, recordings and literary publications.

Four extraordinary concerts with prestigious musicians: Daniel Levy, Stephan Rieckhoff, Robert Zimansky  e Silvia Cattaneo.
